Carlo Frem

m.d./founder

Carlo Frem sees marketing as psychology at scale. With a background in psychology and neuroscience from Princeton—where he was the only student admitted from the Middle East—he’s built a career turning human insight into global growth.

For 12+ years, Carlo has helped some of the world’s biggest brands drive revenue, customer acquisition, and engagement by blending growth strategy with storytelling. He started at Leo Burnett, working on Kellogg’s campaigns at one of the world’s top creative agencies. At Richard Branson’s Virgin Group, he optimized digital funnels and customer journeys.

At Amazon, Carlo spent nearly a decade launching Amazon Music and Prime Video across 240+ countries. He partnered with Warner Music on global releases for Ed Sheeran, Coldplay, and Dua Lipa; built campaigns around massive IPs like The Lord of the Rings and The Boys; and collaborated with some of the world’s most-followed athletes, actors, and creators. Managing $10–50MM+ budgets that reached 20MM+ customers across 12+ markets, he delivered millions of earned impressions and efficient customer acquisition at scale.

From cereal to streaming, Carlo’s throughline has always been the same: marketing that resonates, converts, and lasts.
